expire_heightuint64expire_height is the absolute block height after which the authorization is rejected and pruned. Zero is invalid for new records.
attemptedboolattempted records that a holder-funded execution was already attempted. It is stored with the authorization so genesis export/import keeps the no-retry guarantee.

ClaimMarker

ClaimMarker is the genesis form of a claim replay marker: either a spent nonce (revoked=false) or an explicitly revoked nonce (revoked=true).
