A CenterChain node exposes two interfaces: gRPC, the complete contract, and a REST gateway over HTTP.

Which interface should I use?

gRPC is the complete interface. Every module message and query is available over gRPC, and this section documents all of it.

REST is a gateway over the same protos by grpc-gateway: the node serves the same queries under /cosmos/* and /centerchain/*. See the REST API for the endpoint list.

gRPC

Use the services under gRPC. The TypeScript and Vue clients use the same protos, so their types match the services documented here exactly.

REST

Send HTTP requests to the node's REST listener. Paths are prefixed /cosmos/... for SDK modules and /centerchain/... for chain modules. Start from the REST API.
